I never heard my grandmother talk about sustainability. But she had it in her fingers. Through her and the other women I learned how to sew clothes made to be worn, torn and passed down through generations. I also learned to not throw things away. At nygårdsanna my Grandma's honest sustainaility is woven deeply into our universe. I think that my Grandmother would have been proud of my new capsule collection made from selected premium wool fabric leftover. The wool is unwashed and has an elegant exclusive look. The raw material is from Argentina and woven in Istanbul according to OEKO-TEX standards.
